We bought a condominium in Milford, ct, ten years ago that became too big for us ( three bedrooms, two and a half baths ), so we decided to sell. the market was already getting soft, but we still had high hopes.
We went with Coldwell Banker, and signed a six month contract. we re-signed the contract for another six months, and when we had no results, we put the sale on hold. We decided to go with Al and the Superior Home Living Team to see if they could shake things up for us, and we sold our condo within three months!
we feel the difference was due to Al and his teammates aggressive marketing and communication skills.
